Asian-Style Spicy Chicken Wings


I just went hungry looking for ideas to blog when I came across this menu. Let me share it with you. Looking delicious and easy to prepare.


Ingredients:
6 pcs (400g)    chicken wings
to taste             salt and pepper
1/4 cup             flour / cornstarch
2 cups               cooking oil
2 tbsp               ginger, minced
2 tbsp               garlic, minced
2 tbsp               soy sauce
5 tbsp               spicy chili catsup
1 tbsp               oyster sauce
1 tbsp               calamansi juice
1 tbsp               sugar







Cooking Procedure:
1.    Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.  Coat evenly with flour and fry in oil until cooked.
2.    Heat 2 tbsp oil and cook ginger and garlic until golden brown.
3.    Add soy sauce,  spicy chili catsup and  oyster sauce, calamansi, juice and sugar, and simmer for 2 minutes.
4.    Add fried chicken and coat with sauce.  Serve hot.

The One Legged Chicken! Where is the other leg? I hope it was not spiced.
